Shipping Policy
How long will it take to get my order?
At Daily Rise Coffee we want to make sure that “You” get your products as soon as possible and at the lowest cost to you. That being said we have two product types that you can purchase in our online store. Non-Merchandise products (NM) that consists of our Organic and Premium Grade Coffee and Coffee Accessories. Merchandise products (M) consisting on apparel, hats, and coffee mugs.

These two product types (NM) and (M) have different fulfilment times, and shipping origins. Therefore, we have outlined the following information so you can know when to best expect your products based on what you have purchased.

If purchasing only Non-Merchandise Products
Then standard fulfillment times will be 1 to 2 business days after purchase. When checking out you will have 3 shipping options to choose from.

UPS Ground (4-7 business days after fulfilment)
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days after fulfilment)

In-Store Pick Up – No shipping cost because you are selecting to pick up the (NM) product at one of our two drive-thru locations during normal business hours. Must select which pick up location (listed below) during checkout:

Ogden – 2865 Washington Blvd. • Ogden, Utah 84401 or
Layton – 1985 W. Antelope Drive • Layton, Utah 84041

If purchasing only Merchandise Products
The standard fulfillment times are 2 to 7 business days depending on which products you purchase. You will have 3 shipping options to choose from.

Economy (5-8 business days after fulfillment)
Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment)
Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Note: If purchasing multiple merchandise products we may ship in separate boxes, so that you will get your purchased products as soon as the product fulfillment is complete.

If purchasing both Non-Merchandise & Merchandise Products
The products purchased will be fulfilled separately with their respective timeframes: (NM) – 1 to 2 business days and (M) 2 to 7 business days. Your products will ship separately due to the differing fulfillment times. You will have 3 shipping options to choose from at checkout:

In-Store Pickup for all Non-Merch (NM) products and Economy shipping for all Merch (M) products with 5 to 8 days after fulfillment.

USPS Priority Mail for all Non-Merch (NM) products and Economy shipping for all Merch (M) products with 5 to 8 days after fulfillment.

UPS Ground for all Non-Merch products (NM) and Economy shipping for all Merch (M) products with 5 to 8 days after fulfillment.

Note: If you plan to buy products from both product types and would like faster delivery time you can purchase the products separately in two different transactions so that you can select the more custom shipping options.
